Team Fortress 2
Is the quickiebomb launcher good?
It feels like it could be, especially the whole increased damage on charge thing

use shield

You're still better off with stock.

It can be pretty good for 1v1s but for sustained damage output the halved clip makes it really not worth it

It's alright, but fire rate doesn't really matter.

it's pretty good but you have to use it like a second grenade launcher

agreed, the reload rate and the arm time are what make or break a stickybomb launcher
It's pretty good for sticky sniping buildings, I guess. Can also be useful for deleting enemy stickies (more useful on it than the Scottish). Still rather use stock or SR if defending.

But the reloading. Oh man, the reloading. The hardest stickybomb launcher to get into, IMO.

it is not good, having 4 stickys in a clip is not worth it

Its, basically, the grenade launcher for second slot. There are two things this gun is good for - quickly setting stickies at long distance and removing enemy stickies. The second actually may save the life of your engineer or clear the control point for your team. This is a counter-demoman weapon, thanks to better "burst" damage, but if he is good with pipes, you are still screwed. You should try to get used to grenade launcher for this. Having to reload every 2-3 shots really throws away the feeling of "good" weapon - you HAVE to remember to reload it whenever possible. It is a bit annoying and much less forgiving than stock.

Preety solid side-grade to stock, which I use from time to time. Much like Iron Bomber is a great side-grade to stock GL. Valve actually got it right while approving these two weapons back in the days.

If so, this weapon wouldn't be used in Highlander. And I've seen this weapon being used in highlander. Not to begin the argument, but just as a reason to prove my thoughts of it being the sidegrade to stock.

i like it but stock is normally better, it is fun for long range bombs tho

Its good if you devour glue in biblical quantities and you have no self respect

It is worst sticky launcher in my opinion. However, it's still better than any shield.
