I had a Circling Peace Sign Flipped Trilby once, and that looked decent. There are lots of Scout unusuals, though.

The Troublemaker's Tossle cap is a really good one with three styles and looks good with all paints, and phosphorous (my favorite effect) is just 55 keys.
