- Other sound mods (like killstreak and domination sounds)
- Custom HUDs
These ones require joining a community server, or itemtest, beforehand.
(Can be done easier with a mod loader)
- First Person Animations
- Effects (Muzzel flashes, explosions, etc.)
- Some Model/Cosmetic Retexture's
One's that don't work:
- Map Retexture's
- Weapon Retexture's (Like making any weapon Australium, etc)
- And probably everything else
I downloaded some sound mods for things such as the charge attack, dispenser, and other weapons. However, all they do in Casual is make a buzzing/static noise, even after joining a community server beforehand. Do you by any chance know what could be causing this?
Also, what is a mod loader?
Thanks for replying by the way, your help means a lot to me.
Usually something like that can be fixed with snd_restart.
But these are mods so pretty much a lot of things can break.
If you've got a link to em i'll try em out.
Also a reminder, mods can be pretty funky sometimes, they don't always like to work, even if they're allowed by sv_pure 1.

weapon sound mod
this ones the one that's given me trouble lately
it works on community servers but breaks in casual, if you can get it to work then that'd be awesome d:
Seems to not work for me either, guess its blocked by sv_pure 1.
Sry dude.
Sorry for making you experience that ear bleeding sound, guess I'll stick to community servers then. I'd like to thank you for all of your help, I'd be left clueless with you!
And its probably better to play on community servers for the time being anyways, ya know, cheaters n stuff.
