Last one is true, but most people don't try to master spy, i did, and most new players will, but will eventually realise, the class is VERY difficult.
People who constantly use Spy should NOT be a factor in why an entire, and rather dynamic, class gets removed from a game that's been developed for over nine years. I main Engineer, but I don't complain when Engineer says "Spah sappin' mah sentry!" The only time I'd complain about Spies is if a team (either mine or the enemy's) consists if more than 35% Spy.
Chemist won't ever be a class because it would take up too much of the development team's budget to think of a concept, apply said concept, and then bug test it.
