I have an Unusual Universal Transaltor, how do I make it strange?

Steam market. You can search for it so it will be easy to find unless that strangifier doesn't exist or nobody is selling it.

You may try to find one in the Community Market if there are any. Or you can find a person who has one so that you can trade something for it. But I hope that you can find one soon, Joker.

It may be that no one is currently selling it. You may need to wait for someone who has it who's willing to sell it, however.

Unless a Strangifier Exists, you're out of luck unless it comes both Strange and Unusual.

Universal Translator Strangifiers don't exist and it is unlikely that they ever will.

The only way to get a Strange Unusual Universal Translator is to actually unbox one that is both Strange and Unusual.
