If TF2 had a main character

If TF2 were single player, or if it were a movie or a TV show, who would be the main character?

Personally, I think it would be either Scout or Spy, leaning towards Scout. Medic is too far out to be relatable, Engineer isn't particularly interesting, Demoman could work, if they cut down on the drinking aspect, Soldier is too stupid to really be a main character, Pyro is insane, and Heavy's language problems could get very annoying very quickly, and Sniper is not very likeable.

Spy is the most rational of the main characters, and would be great for a neutral view of the rest of the team, while Scout could rovide great humour, and his feelings towards Ms. Pauling could provide a fun subplot.

I personally don't like the scout much so I would prefer if there was a main character for it to be Sniper, Spy or Heavy.

I didn't say he wasn't funny, I said he was more serious than the other characters.

Like, Medic is only there for science reasons, Pyro is insane, and god knows what Solider is here for, but Heavy seems like he's actually doing his job.

Heavy's got quite a lot of backstory though. Soviet Union, father killed, captured by the KGB, put in a gulag, broke free from the gulag, killing many guards and saving his family, hiding in Siberia, getting a job in the U.S. fighting other mercenaries. The dude's got some serious personality if you ask me.

All of them are just as important as one another, in the big picture of things. Can easily have dedicated episodes to individuals.
