I'm gonna compare OW heroes to their TF2 equivalents.

Before I get swarmed with hate for even bringing Overwatch in the first place, let me just explain that this is by no means a serious thread where I say that TF2 is dead, OW sucks and stuff like that. It's just for laughs, so don't get salty over a silly idea which was in my head entire day.

Let's start with offence heroes:

Genji - Half-Zatoichi Scout;
McCree - Spy with OP revolver and Sandman's balls;
Pharah - Air Strike Soldier;
Reaper - Spy with shotguns;
Soldier 76 - Sniper with OP SMG;
Tracer - Slow Scout.

Defence:
Bastion (mobile) - Heavy with SMG;
Bastion (sentry mode) - Wrangled Sentry gun;
Hanzo - Huntsman Sniper (duh);
Junkrat - Demoman;
Mei - Fun police Engineer, reversed Pyro and Sandman Scout combined;
Torbjorn - Engineer with Uber canteens;
Widowmaker - Sniper with wallhack.

Tank:
D.Va (in mech) - Heavy with Grappling hook and Medic's shield;
D.Va (without mech) - Engineer with pistol;
Reinhard - Heavy with Knockout powerup and Medic's shield;
Roadhog - Heavy with reversed grappling hook and Force-a-nature;
Winston - Heavy with ability to go into Knockout Ubercharge;
Zarya - Heavy

Support:
Lucio - Scout with Concheror;
Mercy - Medic with Quick-fix and Kritzkrieg combined;
Symmetra - Gunslinger Engineer at it's maximum level of annoyance;
Zenyatta - Fan o' War Medic.

So, what do you think? Did I accurately compared OW heroes? Or maybe you got better ideas? Either way, I'm curious. And please, let's not change it into a flamewar just because it's Overwatch-related.

So in other words, the two games' classes aren't that comparable after all. And your comparisons aren't even that accurate.

Which, if you're remotely familiar with either game, would be very hard to do.

In other words, TF2 characters by barebone skills while Overwatch characters needs some special technology or "ultimate ability) to even do well.

you can't compare them they are totally different,

only slightly you can compare some of the heroes but overall theres nothing there to compare.
