Was sarcasm, sorry.
For example bind p disconnect would cause you to disconnect from a server when you press p, then unbind p would stop that from happening. unbind w would stop you from moving forward until it is rebound, etc etc

It resets all binds that are linked to the game to defaults. So any custom made binds will be removed, however you'll also ♥♥♥♥♥♥ your regular binding

In the future, please just make a new thread.

Anyway, go to game options, controls and reset to default.

I put a bind on the 0 key, but if i unbind it, it now does nothing at all. In some of my menus, 0 is bound to certain commands. What do I do?

You need to elaborate on your problem, and judging by the fact that it’s currently not relevant to the topic, your post is considered a necro.
If you’re gonna revive an old thread, make sure the topic is still relevant.
There is another way to unbind your controls, just go to your settings and set controls to default it gets rid of your binds aswell. And if you type unbindall in console it's not broken just go to your tf2 setting and set conrols to default. Thought i'd share that since it's farely on topic.
