I have played this game for 7 damn years, and I have experienced all of Valve's dumb ideas. But Casual Mode is the worst. 1)I ain't talking about Quickplay, which was also a crappy system, and I never used it. Also one would think that with decent internet and living in north-center Europe, I could connect pretty fast. And I don't see how unchecking all maps to get the one you want and then wait X minutes is faster and more convenient than opening a browser, scrolling to the map you want(being in alphabetical order), and clicking on it for instant connection.

2)Not sure what that is about, I suppose the joining friends mid-game part, which I will then answer: Supposedly CSGO allows you to join friends mid-game, so does Overwatch. And my friends shouldn't have to leave. The magic happens when you least expect it in a server.

3)What better system? Waiting for the guys joining, who never actually come? That doesn't help when the other team is continuing to steamroll you, and you can't do anything about. Usually an autobalance would sort it out, not anymore. I have seen my fair share of steamrolls in the 7 years of playing, so this really isn't anything new, but at least there was a counter.

why they deleted autobalance?

For the sake of getting a "balanced, fair match". Having one team lose their good player would be a problem for them, as it would in theory unbalance the teams. In practice, if an autobalance happened, it was because the other team sucked and needed that player anyway. Now the lucky team with all the good players don't need to worry about losing them, since it will take ages for a new player to join the losing to team anyway.
