Anyone have items with Legacy Paints?

I’m considering getting some red and keys for an item with Legacy paint on it, you know, the old Team Spirit hat’s with only on color appearing in-game. Anyone know anyone (besides Toxins or any major trader) that has one, or do you have one? Information used for future reference.

Also don’t give me info on someone with like a 1 of 2 hat. I’m interested in possibly getting like a Bill’s Hat with legacy paint for example.

op's talking about a bugged paint that only applied one team colour to a hat - for example, a legacy paint would show up as red when on both the red and the blue team, and would never be blue

Legacy painted items are fairly common, are you actually looking for that or a glitch painted item?

Painted items USUALLY have two paint values, one for Red and a second for Blu.
Items with the old Team Spirit / Legacy Paint #1 only have a value for Red and are missing Blu. However despite this, the paint still works on both teams.
Items with glitched paint only have a value for Blu and are missing Red. This paint only works on the Blu team.

There are over 18000 tradable items with the old Team Spirit: https://backpack.tf/premium/search?paint=1&tradable=1
Of those, over 2000 are Bill's Hats: https://backpack.tf/premium/search?item=Bill%27s%20Hat&paint=1
If you want to find a legacy painted Bills, I had a browse through the Steam Community Market and spotted at least 3: https://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Bill%27s%20Hat?filter=Bill%20NOT%20Paint
That link shows all the unpainted Bills on the market, if you search through them until you find one with a Team Spirit paint sploch, you've found a legacy painted Bills. As of writing right now, the last Bills on page 19 is the cheapest legacy Bills there at $5.42 USD, it might not be at the end of page 19 anymore when reading this due to other Bills being listed or sold.

By contrast, there are only 8, yes EIGHT, known items with the glitched, Blu-only paint: https://www.reddit.com/r/tf2/comments/7rkyze/bugged_max_hat_need_help/dsy59vs/
