HELP! My TF2 sound is broken [SOLUTION FOUND]

this happend to me after TF2Mate , i installed the cfg and i didnt like it so i deleted it , after i deleted it , my whole sound is messed up
i have snd_mixahead 0.05 as it was set at 0.01 but there still is problems
i also reinstalled my game but it didnt fix it

Tried snd_restart? Tried setting your headphones or speakers as default playback device? checked if tf2 sound is muted in sndvol.exe ?

snd_restart did get rid of it but it comes back like 10 seconds , im trying the default playback device now

Basically it's your sound mixer, in control panel

go into options, audio, and test different audio inputs, if you use earbuds, use 2 speakers, if headphones, use headphones, etc

Though if its unmuted when you do snd_restart you'll need to check your Steam settings for playback devices and check everything else you can check first.
