For everyone confused about the Second Banana:

They added it to the TF2WIKI: https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Second_Banana and it can be dropped as a medium health kit

UPDATE: It now heals 200HP and takes 10 Seconds to be reused. :)

Now when dropped, it becomes a small health kit pack :(
