The only gambling allow is Crafting and Unboxing.

Crafting isn't considered gambling in the same way farming for end-game content off bosses in MMO isn't; Semantics.
Again, Semantics. They're effectively the same idea as gambling, but the way it's listed allows them to get away without calling it "gambling".
I mean it's a bit of a slippery slope, because at what point do we lower the bar between "Gambling" and "Random loot" if they're essentially the same thing worded slightly different?
