It is completely safe. Used it several times.

It's safe, and almost 100% of the time, it's better then the Steam Community Market, since it gives you only a 10% fee (The Steam Market gives you a 15% fee), and your items are instantly tradeable (Steam community trade locks your items for a week after purchase).

You can also just use real money to purchase items, as opposed to have to beep that money into your Steam account, and then having that money be locked to Steam for good.

Yes.

It is safe in the sense that you will always get what you are asking for.

However it's unsafe in the sense that it goes against the Steam terms of use and could potentially end in a ban if you use it. It's extremely unlikely, but I'd recommend avoiding this site.

The real truth is that most of these third party sites are "safe", but go against steam terms of service in the sense that if their servers get hacked and they steal your information from the third party site, Steam and Valve won't be in any way liable

Basically it's "safe" if you trust 3rd party sites and have 2 factor authentication. You won't get banned for using 3rd party sites unless you're gambling on them

There is another clause on the Steam agreement that explicitly forbids selling the items for actual money outside of the regulated community market. This is the difference between Marketplace.tf and the other trading pages (Scrap.tf, Backpack.tf and TF2mart), and the reason I don't recommend using the site for anything other than cashing out (as then it won't matter if you get banned, you are quitting anyway).

That's literally only a way for them to refuse to give you back your stuff when you get scammed for being an idiot. It has never, and will never cause anyone to get banned. It's 100% "safe".
