If you like the stock Wrench and use it when playing defensively, you might find some use out of the SH. You could run it over stock all the time and in comparison likely wouldn't see much difference in usage.
Competitive wise: It is considered to be one of the viable ones but its mostly overshadowed by the Jag, due to the competitive format consisting of one spy. (Highlander)
I don't think it needs a rework, its just like any other wrench with a different trait.
No need to rework it
But I'd like to see it made a bit more interesting, like "20% more healing from dispensers while active" but replace the fire vulnerability with 15% damage vuln all-around. Or something.
