Tf2 taunts bug

I was in 2fort playing as the sniper and it was 10 seconds until the round begun. I was in casual and I decide to do a taunt but accidently chose to do the high five, I then switch to the zoomin brook and I found the animation was now the high five. I decided to check if it would stay the same with the huntsman taunt kill and It did. People started to run up to me taunting to try and trigger the high five then got taunt killed. I did ask my friend who was in the server at the time wheather they can see it as high five or taunt kill and they say it is a high five. I don't have any video evidence becuase the recording software I was using stopped working so the footage got corrupted.

I did not really think about that at the time becuase I thought I was recording.

It's a very common glitch. If you stay in a taunt that requires either be answered, or can stay in it for as long as you want, before the first countdown ends/before the round ends, you have a chance to get stuck in the position of that taunt.

One of my favourites is Sniper's instrument (didirodo or something) taunt that keeps him in a sitting position, so when I move it looks like I'm gliding my butt all over the place.

Yeah this glitch is ancient, Valve has "fixed" it a couple of times now. You can obviously see for yourself how well those fixes have actually worked.

Well, they never fixed the Spycrab, and these glitches are not that game breaking, just make you look either creepy, or utterly stupid.
I don't think it's their priority.
