In my opinion, Blizzardy Storm

Orbiting Fire. It fits in pretty much any loadout, it's cheap, it's not too big and flashy, but it's also not too small.

1) Bubbling - Neat and clean looking, great for just playing the game.
2) Frostbite - Hella sexy and rare
3) Disco Beat Down - Hands down one of the best flashing effects.
