vpk file goes in tf/custom

if no vpk, the main folder it comes in goes in tf/custom

if it's just the materials folder, create a random folder in tf/custom and throw the materials folder in there

if they give you a folder saying tf, just put it in your custom folder. if you don't have it, just make one. the custom folder can be found here or somewhere like this.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom
