Report a translation problem
I love you, OP.
-Go into Paint or whatever photo editing software you have on your computer
-Make the picture 128x128 pixels
-Turn it into a PNG if it already isn't
-Name it paper_overlay
-Place the picture in this path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\userstuff\scripts\items\custom_texture_blend_layers , making any folders along this path that you don't already have
-Apply the photo to your objector and enjoy
Team Fortress 2 / tf / custom / userstuff / scripts / items / custom_texture_blend_layers
And it must be called: paper_overlay.png (and it must be 128x128)
