It's 31 rewards, I get why it's priced like that. It's the fact that TF2 items from this event used to be separate from the rest and were for just $5.
And I have no idea.
1. The ♥♥♥♥ is Yogscast? Isn't that the dude who made Minecraft videos a long time ago? I only remember that because of the Dwarf song.
2. Jingle Jam?
3. Medals?
4. 30 dollars?
5. Monitors?
Huhuhuhuh?

Or is there somesort of convention?
Yogscast makes annual event where they make a stream for like a week somewhere in december or november. Humble Bundle in the meantime takes donations from those events to support a charity and offers a bunch of games in return, and the promotional TF2 items.
In the previous years, you had to donate at least $5 to get them. Those were Heart of Gold, Thought that Counts, and then the 2 monitors... which are medals that look like old TV screens with the faces of Yogscast team.
This year they added more monitors with the faces of other Yogscast members, and they want freakin' $30 for it.
To be honest I don't even know Yogscast. But I really like promotional stuff.
Here are the two monitors I got from the previous year:

Last year is was $5 for the badges or $25 for the badges + the games. This year it is $30 for everything.
But given it is a charity event (Humble Bundle and the developers don't get any cut of the money), it strikes me as wrong to complain about the price.
I'd be more inclined if it could be a custom image or I had any idea who Yogscast are besides the dude who did that "I am a dwarf" thing on Minecraft years ago.
Or like, little vintage faces of different TF2 characters. It's a nice offer though. 30 bucks and you get all that? Crazy good offer. And for a good cause. No one should complain.
