An internal pitch project aimed to bring female characters to the cast of Team Fortress 2.

I was responsible for story, character development and visual design. With the exception of their class function, It was important that each design presented an entirely new character. I wanted to these characters to live on their own and add dimension to the current roster of in-game characters. The goal of the project was to dive deep into possibilities and facilitate creative discussion.

Not sure how new or old this work is, but hey, some cool concept art... but would it work?

Well I would say it wouldn't work because gender swapped mercs may ruin their unique personality and character.

Anyway I hope is some old project, nothing directly against female models being into the game (beside possible issues with siluettes and recognizing classes but we have a banana hat anyway) but this is not what tf2 needs atm

biggest issue with new models i see is hitboxes

i think some of the engi designs are good

it wouldnt work if it were implemented now, due to the cosmetics, but if they ever decide to do a tf3 in the far future, it could possibly work, and i really like the fem engie designs, scout looks kinda meh though
