Orange Box Worth Buying?
So I found out that the Orange Box is on sale for 3.80EUR. And I was wondering is it worth?

It has TF2 in it but TF2 is already free, but do you get anything special with it?

Neither am I so sure about the HL2 & Portal. Are they worth for being a a campaign based game?

The Orange Box is a bundle that includes five titles from Valve: Half-Life 2; Half-Life 2:Episode 1; Half-Life 2: Episode Two; Team Fortress 2, the sequel to the game that put class-based, multiplayer team warfare on the map; and Portal, the game that blends puzzles, first person action, and adventure gaming to produce an experience like no other.

If you want a bundle of well-made games that can produce hundreds of hours of entertainment, then yes.

If all you're after is the Proof of Purchase hat then don't even bother. You should buy the pack only if you're planning on playing all the games in it - which you should, the Half Life and Portal series are pretty well made IMO.

The hat for TF2 is only a nice bonus, and I believe you unlock Premium status by buying the pack as well.

Buying The Orange Box gets you HL2 and its Episodes plus Portal. For TF2, you just get a hat called the Proof of Purchase and well it's pretty much a bonus.

And funny enough, in order to play TF2 back in 2007 you need to buy The Orange Box anyways.

Portal is a good game (take it from a huge fan of the series).

If you like physics, sci-fi ♥♥♥♥, simple story plots or speedrunning than get Orange Box.

It also gives you more content for Garry's Mod

Doesn't gmod come with HL2 content?

It already gives you most of the Half Life 2 content, but it doesn't give you the content for Episode 1 or Episode 2.
