Normal prinny machete

I was looking for a prinny machete on backpack.tf when noticed that there's 1 normal prinny machete in existence. Anyone have any info on it?

Most Normal grade items are Extremely rare. They are most commonly found when you lose an item in your inventory, then contact steam support for it back.

It should be of normal grade. These items are worth HUNDREDS of keys.

I've seen it on bp.tf before, but I've never heard it discussed, but theorigin + name + description on it shows that Steam Support was responsible.
