How to trade the Unusual Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker?

So, I've seen a lot of listings for this item, but I have no idea how to sell it. Could someone please help me get 2.75 keys and comment on this discussion please?

You could gift wrap it, before they changed how the gift wrap works.
So, no, you can't trade it anymore, and only "tradable" ones are already gift wrapped.

You could still craft it. Just need some metal you already got. 2 refined, and a scotsman's skullcutter

You can't anymore, a few years ago they used gift wrap I think

The thing is, you can get Max's via trading, and you can get HHH via crafting it, and nothing else.

A lot of information here is muddled, so let's clear everything up.

All new Headtakers are untradable. Untradable Headtakers used to be tradable via gift wrap before it was changed.
Tradable Headtakers are from an old glitch years ago where using gift wrap on untradable items made them permanently tradable.
If you have an untradable Headtaker you cannot make it tradable or gift wrap it and therefore can never sell it.

Too bad I didn't knew TF2 before Gun Mettle Update so I would've been able make gift wrap with my untradable into tradable

Ugh, I did the achievement but I didn't get the metal. I need to contact valve but this helped me realized that you cannot gift or trade the metal. So how is Valve gonna help me??
