Can't applied specialized weapon on Prof. Kit

I bought the unique specialized killstreak machina from the market to apply it on my Professional killstreak sniper rifle. But I dosent shown even if I checked the item is untradable there. Is it the 7 days untradable needed to be passed first to make it applied?

Machina has its own fabricator/kit

The problem is the Machina is uncraftable. Fabricators only accept craftable items.
