I can't see my sprays on TF2

Ive been looking up solutions, and I can't find anything that works. My sprays are turned on and I allow all custom files, my decal limit isnt low either. Is there anything else I can try to see sprays?

Valve disabled sprays on Valve servers so there's no way they can be seen unless you are on a community server which they can be seen.

Sprays are disabled on Valve servers and Community servers with sv_pure 1 / 2 due kids sees gore or porn. If it's your problem, try this in autoexec.cfg:

cl_playerspraydisable 0
r_spray_lifetime 99999
r_decals 50 (or higher)
mp_decals 200

Enabling console

1. Enter Options
   
2. Under Keyboard, press Advanced...
   
3. Check Enable developer console then press OK
   
4. Press the tilde (~) key, which is below Escape for all layouts

Troubleshooting

If you find that settings have been changed, check if existing config files contain these cvars and override them there.
