I want to make an MvM 2fort but Hammer is too complicated,
i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ give up but i'll just keep this forum up for future reference or if someone smart[/b]
certainly not you, thats for sure.
I mean come on, what can be so hard about it? You just draw 3D stuffs in 2D first, and then adjust the 3th Dimension in another screen, put player spawns, payloads, dump in control points and intelligence too...
Just look up a tutorial for beginners on any search engines.
But anyway, you actually do have another option - QuArK. It was designed originally for Quake but has support for many other FPS's including TF2 and HL2.

I've tried it and honestly, Hammer is still easier. Even though I hate Hammer with a passion (because it's a buggy crashy piece of ♥♥♥♥, not because it's difficult for me), I don't think there's an easier alternative to it yet, at least for TF2 maps.
Hammer is your only option. Learn how to use it or don't bother at all. People have been using it for years, so there is no problem. Also, if you were "smart", you would probably learn it in not much time.
this coming from the one that spelled 3rd wrong, how to do. (i'll also try Hammer)
