Who is scouts mom?
In the newest tf2 comic, spy says he is scouts father, so does this mean that scouts mom is the red one or the blue one?

Then what about scouts dream in the comic where they go and find heavy? (He sees his mom and spy together when he is a baby)

How the mercenaries on both teams being the same person is never actually explained, presumably because there isn't an actual reason behind it, so it's likely that the scout's mom in the comic would just be red, since the comics focuses on the red team. There'd be the fact that the spy is presumably cheating, but the videos could always be non-canon or just acted out and actually fictional in the TF2 world.

But the blue spy said "that would be your mother" so that means that its blue scouts mother

The canon of TF2 is weird is the answer.

While there are apparently two identical teams fighting each other, both teams merge (MvM) and there is only one copy of each person, and the writers on Twitter once claimed that in the comics there is only one team with no clones.

Basically, if Scout is wearing blue, than his mother wears blue. If he is wearing red, than his mother wears red. Spy may or may not be wearing the same colours as Scout and Scout's mother.
