oh i dont buy avatars
Recent updates aren't responsible, with the exception of reduced upload allowances for avatars.
Those can be re-uploaded if they are changed to fit the (still extremely generous) allowances.
you sure? because i think they delete it when mobile version came out to improve the performance of vrchat for IOS and Android keep in mind i think VRCHAT itself shouldnt be allowed for phones because it can damage their battery life which im very sure about it and i bet you need an galaxy s24 ultra or an iphone 16 or iphone 15 to play vrchat smoothly..
That applies to any games, and playing it on mobile is a choice.
beside, phone vrc is the newest so tons of bug for sure, even on pc still have them after all these years lol
Tho the OP, only author have control over avatar, if they gone or make it private, it is inaccessible. But VRChat themselves does not delete avatar in a mass like that.
weird because i had an avatar called "Rusty" and today it got deleted and the autor is just wiped out of vrchat
Otherwise they may have just made the avatar private or deleted it.
yeah because 2 days ago the avatar was still there but it had gray and a question mark icon and next day the avatar is gone
TLDR, the system just doing its job; its the avatar uploader responsible to learn what do and don't when uploading one.
