Rigged models will have a default walk cycle and junk, but your head will follow your mouse, so you can look at people. I spend time on the game every so often and I get some good fun out if it without the equipment. It's just for the extra immersion.

Yea it is completely possible i recommend doing on pc first before a vr system just to get use to it and to see weather or not you like it.
