He also has videos for the PSMOVE
You can use PSMoves with PS3 camera's and or Xbox Kinect 360/One with certain software.
Edit: You either use iVRy or Riftcat software (Trinus isn't a good option; unless you want to use the PS VR Headset.
I'm using an iphone + iVRy (Riftcat/Vridge for eq. Samsung) + Driver4VR for Kinect + Kinect V2 + PS Moves and managed to get a response for the arms in-game yesterday. It was actually only a few days ago (on the 19th) that an update was made to Driver4VR to allow functionality for PS Moves (previous drivers werent picking up PS Moves properly; or allowing button changing)
The process is hellish and my current results aren't worth making a video over just yet (but its looking promising) Id suggest buying into a Windows Mixed Reality Headset for $200 for entry level VR over this method. (Unless you already own a kinect, and PS Moves, and a iphone/samsung phone, with a cheap mobile headset (Google Cardboard/up)
yes you can use psmoves in vrc, you will not have finger gestures
i would suggest using along with navi controler
