New Tavern?????

I'm a recent player but I just noticed on the tavern there's an old woman reading now, a pile of books with a owl on top of it with a globe, a garden fork and an old bald man who is levitating (in sort of a transe, meditation mood with 3 red marks on his head).

What is this? Is this something we can interact with? What does this mean???

this is the xp event. every weekend theres a new event. mushroom xp epic and gold (they are always in a certain order but idk it lol)

The order is (1) Epic equipment (this weekend) (2) more Gold (3) more Mushrooms on

missions (4) Exp bonus (last weekend)

What level does one need to be to start benefitting from the Epic weekend? I read in one thread that to even enter it one needs to be lvl 50+, but so far I've not seen a single Epic item, so what's the lvl req? 100+?
