Anelace has a star door from Chapter 4 that gets her a little something that lets her keep up with the other physical attackers.
They do some damage sometimes, though I don't know why it happens
Also, Kevin & Kloe (especially Kloe) are more ATS oriented, and hit like a Truck with Arts.
It looks like you're having trouble dealing damage and staying alive. For Kloe/Kevin at least, they'll need high ATS, HP, defence, and fast casting, if armor and weapons are current. Usually my Kevin's DEF is much higher than most other members of my party, even.
Basically, the physical defense, and magical defense, quartz types are worthless if you want a character to deal damage of that type.
Anelace should definitely not be doing 0 Damage even with Defense (although she still shouldn't be using it, but Shield is okay) because she should have access to the Jinu sword from a Star Door at this point. This sword is laughably overpowered when you get it (Chapter 4) and gives her some of the highest strength in the game; it evens out a bit as you approach the end of Chapter 6, but it can be upgraded in the final chapter to become the strongest weapon in the game overall. Do not ignore this weapon, and thus her Star Door, if you want Anelace to be useful. This also applies to Tita, and to a much much lesser extent Renne.
This isn't a game about all-rounders. Best to specialize your characters. Kevin and Kloe are excellent support that can do some Arts damage. Best to give up on physical attacks for these guys.
