any new content planned?

this was a wonderful game but once you play it i dont feel much need to replay.

does anyone know if the devs have any new content for the game planned? even paid dlc. they deserve money for the great work they do, id just love to see more of it.

There was already paid DLC which got turned into the base game. Currently no DLC are planned for Hidden Folks, the game is fully done. But thank you for your love for the game!

Palex is totally right, but there's a little voice in me that says 'never say never' so... who knows! We may come back to HF in the future but we have nothing planned right now. I'm currently working on two new games :)

I just popped on to see if there was any DLC or extra levels for Christmas, but this answers that. Thanks to the developers for releasing such a great game, have loved this more than a lot of the games in my library.

[Case]

Just stumbled upon "Looking for Aliens", which is Hidden Folks in color with aliens, they even copied the tasks bar at the bottom. Not sure if there is any connection between the devs, but for us players eager for another Hidden Folks fix it fits the bill.

In the board game world there is also "MicroMacro: Crime City", which won Spiel des Jahres 2021 (most prestigious board game award), and comes with a giant black & white map that you have to find hidden stuff on.

Just finished the game and it was amazing! I see nothing new will be added anymore though. That's too bad. I was really hoping for a sci-fi theme.

Between the settings, the art style, and the a cappella soundtrack, playing this game was like curling up with a snuggly blanket. I hope y'all manage to get back to some DLC one day, but if not I'm still glad I got to play it.

Fun fact: I used to play on my lunch break at work and people would walk by and look, and after a little bit of watching they'd start making the sounds themselves. hehe
