Garden fork. Garden. Fork. Get it?

Well, after four hours working on the factory I can safely say that no, I don't get it!

I assumed at first it was a cryptic clue, and I thought I got it, but then couldn't find any character (aside from the warden) that would make my theory work so I clearly didn't get it.

Then I decided it was completely literal, and have scoured anything that could be described as a "garden". And I still don't get it.

So I went back to my first assumption, but assumed my interpretation was wrong, and wondered if I was supposed to "fork-get it", but don't know where to start on that one.

And now I don't know what to do.

So for now I'm giving it a rest. I'll return to this blasted garden fork later! :-D

Thank you, that was exactly what I needed - to know that I was massively overthinking things!

I assumed from the clue that it wasn't supposed to be taken literally and spent waaay too much time looking for a "Guard and fork", or a garden fork (of pipes, paths etc). Had started pondering "Garden? Forget it" and was researching slang terms in case something had gone right over my head.

What I should have been doing was looking for a bloody garden fork.

Ha, I was going crazy about this one as well... even thought about a forklift or them serving some food next to the garden with a garden fork ontop of the things you had mentioned :| Felt mighty stupid when I finally found it after checking the same garden for the 5th time.

This is certainly one example of the less helpful or rather misleading hints in the game (of which there are luckily very few).
