Have your pyro keep him burning so he doesn't heal. Have your aero keep him stunned so he can never attack you. Easy game, easy life.
This just shows who idiotic the whole armor system is. :p
"Some adventurers insist that burning or poisoning may prevent a troll from regenerating....some trolls are weaker than others to certain elements"
Virulent Trolls: Use poison freely, vulnerable to fire.
Blazebone Trolls: Live neat rivers/ponds, poison stops their healing
Amphibious Trolls: Lungs fill with fog and smoke easily
Deathfog-immune: Can only be harmed when curse is applied to the appropriate attack method.
I'm only in Act 2, so I'm not sure the last 2 exist yet, but it's all there.
Worked for me.
You can use almost any fire ability but id recomend necro fire so it stays on him. The game registers the sleep first before the fire dot so he stays alseep and does not act during his turn. Just make sure you dont hit him once you apply the sleep. As long as your paying attention to whos turn it is and your cd's, its a free kill.
