Are there any cooking recipes?

As above. Every RPG I play that involves creating food/cooking and I'd be so excited to find out about making them. Are there any recipes around? 3/4 of my inventory is food/ingredients. lol

The first discoverable recipe is on the tutorial ship. Also make sure you read every book you see and any posters on the wall

You can just hop into the crafting menu and try things that you would expect to work, and see what happens. Try some honey with an arrow head

But as mentioned above, you can find recipes on game too. The poster on the wall of the kitchen on the starting ship will give you 6 recipes.

Fun cooking tip for undead: combining any food item with an ooze barrel (which is reusable) will make a 'safe' to eat poison version.

I just found out that you can't cook meat? I've got a few meat ingredients in my inventory.
I just to combine meat with fire to roast it, and even add a potato in it but there's nothing =(

See all those cooking pots lying around? What if you plonk one of those on a 🔥, and plonk some meat in that.

Oh I got "dinner". It's so generic. I was hoping to cook some really awesome stuff.
Like put specific meat, fish and veggies together and you get something really great.

Ok last silly question from me. Can we cook shell?

I tried cooking it alone, with beer and nothing. That's disappointing.

Im pretty sure you can't craft anything with a shell. I've not checked the wiki though

Shell plus long stick, stick, ect = staff/wand.

Pity the shell isn't for cooking, cuz one of my favourite food is steamed clams in garlic and wine. And I cook it well!
