inventory locked on single player...

On my single player game, my inventory of my main character is locked. Not sure what to click to unlock it...Anyone else having this issue? I can't find anything online for this issue in single player. (It's always locked, not just combat.) EDIT: You just save, and re start the game. Then it's good to go.

Are you talking about the inventory screen or the hotbar at the bottom ?

The hotbar at the bottom can be unlocked by clicking on the lock icon on that hotbar.

Do a screenshot next time so we can know what you are talking about.

No the inventory screen. Like i want to learn a new spell I bought, but its greyed out. (also the same character that has this item, is the same that's trying to learn the spell.) Also it's showing a locked icon on the inventory tab that minimizes that characters items. Never seen this before. I actually found a thread on this happening to other people after the update came out.

I looaded an older save and it's good now. When I get to the same point as before maybe it will be good. It's a new play thru, and I'm just getting off of Fort Joy. It happened right after the fight on the boat.

An alternative fix that I found is entering a new area seems to unlock the inventory again.

That workaround didn't work for me :/
Was doing a new run and it happened when fighting the witch skeleton on the boat in the trees, one of the skels remained permanently sneaking, never showing up and kept me in fight. When I got away I got out of fight but still inventory locked on my main only. And my previous quicksave was like 45 mins before. I tried zoning into Braxxus Vault where I hadn't been yet, but it didn't change anything.

It was the opposite for me. During combat, I couldn't acess my own inventory but the inventory of my party members.

Guys, try clicking the Lock Skillbar/Unlock Hotbar found on the left side of the Skillbar. That did the trick for me.

Just happened with me. And on my thief, which is extra inconvenient, since it makes stealing useless for the time being. It happned about 5 minutes before I had to log off, didn't try loading a new area. I'll try the hotbar lock/unlock button and see if that works.

Save where you are at and reload. That seems to fix it.

Mine was fixed when I reloaded. Didn't get a chance to try hotbar lock/unlock

Save/Reload fixes the problem. Even when you save from the bugged state it reloads fine.

Would like this fixed, it happens a lot.

Yeah, it's happened a few times now, and a qucik f5, f8 fixes it, but it's a tad annoying.

I just experienced this problem today. I had ifan selected but couldn't interact with anything in his inventory. Right-clicking on his items didn't bring up the context menu. I noticed that Ifan's inventory items all appeared "greyed out" compared to the items in everyone else's inventory. Then I selected a different character (by clicking on their character portrait), then selected Ifan again and his inventory "brightened up" and I could interact again with Ifan's things.
