I have a problem, I havent got Red Prince and Fane on my party. Can I finish this quest? I dont want just break chest, i wanna close this task
Even if i hire lizard mercenary Yastara, she cant talk with salamander, the just dont undestand it, because Yastara havent got scholar tag.
I've heard there is a way with elf. You just need to find lizard corpse near broken statue. Did anyone finish this quest with elf?
BTW, lisard's limb, digged from grave next to lizard's ghost, need for another quest.

Fane has the Scholar tag can can be both an Elf and a Lizard with his mask. Can also respec him with the mirror on the Vengeance to give him the Pet Pal temporarily.

Ah, misread .. my bad. There's a hidden lizard corpse if memory serves near a broken statue. Elves can nibble on that to get the password, or you can persuade the chest to open if you have high enough stats, though that might require Red Prince too. Not sure.

I believe u can transform into lizard using shapeshifter mask (if u picked it up) with any characters who has high enough persuation and persuade chest/salamander (don't remember exactly).
Edit : most likely chest.

Thanks! I totally forgot about mask. All works, chest's opened. :)
