They did add actual online co-op though. Oh, and Achievements I guess.
DLC characters are missing.
I'm happy I still have my 360 discs as well as digital copies that Xbox had on sale really cheap not too long ago. But since these are the re-mastered versions (lol), I don't see Activion selling them for seven bucks apiece anytime soon.

After Capcom's Re-release of DMC4 which was pretty awesome, had also additional content, and priced at $20
After Sega port of Valkyria Chronicles at $20
or even NISA Phantom Brave port at $20
and all the other console to PC ports that happened recently at less than $30
$40 for a 10 years old game, missing DLCs to boot, just isn't a fair price, sorry.

The graphics are improved and it plays in 60fps, nothing less of what the old version on PC (with the same content) did! And there are enough other games, that don't add any content. For the price of a full game you get 2 great rereleases. Take it or leave it. but leaving something usually implies to MOVE ON
