wallpaper engine can't do it

Just go in your search tab on the bottom of your screen and search task manager, then you'll want to click task manager then go to performance.

It has a steep learning curve because it's a bit different then the usual monitoring tools but after you get the hang of it it's highly customizable and blends in well with WPE. I'll use it all the time on my desktop to monitor all kind of system stuff.
