About the music
Genuine question, and I know I'm not alone in expressing similar thoughts, but why the music on so many wallpapers? Is there something I'm missing, is there a trick to toggle it on and off with a hotkey? I find it difficult to imagine someone listening to the same soundtrack endlessly, not to mention the fact it plays over anything else you're doing. Anyway, I've just been curious for a long time and figured I'd ask.

You have a slider for the volume in the user properties to disable the audio on any wallpaper.

Also if you have a playlist with different wallpapers, you can configure the music volume individually for each wallpaper.

You might not believe this but there are people who enjoy the music included in wallpapers.

Maybe my question wasn't expressed properly. I can believe that people like the music, my question was focused more on the fact the music plays continuously to no end. The only way to stop it seems to be the slider. Coming back to my original post, I was just trying to express a lack of understanding how people would accept a continuously playing soundtrack without being disrupted while playing a game/video/music. If there is a simple hotkey to toggle it on and off and resume on the other application without a background disruption, then the whole thing makes more sense to me, and in turn I would ask how to setup such a hotkey. Based on my responses, I take it there is no such hotkey, therefore my original question still stands.

In the settings there's an option to mute all wallpapers when another source is playing audio so yeah, enjoying games, video or music without the wallpaper making any noise is no problem. ^^
