Works really good and the flashing is gone because JBS does nothing as long as WE is running.
THANK YOU! This problem has been trying me crazy. I also have a problem when I'm in a full screen game like Overwatch. My game itself will become the desktop "Wallpaper" fully with icons on top of the game and everything, until I tab back to the game window. Is that working as intended or..??
It's because Windows doesn't actually minimize 'borderless fullscreen dialogs', it just moves them around but doesn't do it quite right.
You can set the 'Windows 7 mode' option to 'block background' and this won't happen anymore. But if you use multiple monitors and only one monitor with Wallpaper Engine, this will cause the other monitors to become opaque, that's why it's not the default.
Also, Wallpaper Engine has an option that will attempt to hide the Windows slide show effect when it happens ('remove system wallpaper fade'), it's also just not enabled because disabling the slide show is better.
