Web wallpapers are websites, if someone uploads ads inside a website then they should get banned. But I disabled the pop up system of the web browser too so they shouldn't be able to pop up anywhere outside of the wallpaper itself.
That should not be possible. Which wallpaper would that be so that we can check that out?

I have checked out its source code and it's impossible that this wallpaper served an advertisement to you. You should scan your computer for viruses / adware that you may have installed another way.
this is the wallpaper i am getting a ad pop-up
