Report a translation problem
Web wallpapers comes with their own scripts so it may be due to the wallpaper doing something that isn't quite right or an overlay/recording program may be causing a problem.
It may help if you could create this log right while the problem is occurring, this could provide more information. But for starters you can change the "other application fullscreen" option to "stop" to avoid that a web wallpaper may have an issue if it's too demanding and it may get unexpectedly terminated while playing a game.

I'm assuming it must have been with one of these, but if not can you share a link to the wallpaper?
The bottom one you are using right now also looks like a ton of work went into it but since I personally haven't used it or looked at its script it's difficult to judge whether it may have an issue or may just be too resource intensive. In any case I think it's worth checking if the issue happens with any web type wallpaper, even completely different ones like these.
