Theres the paste, and also to add, when going to the next song the visualiser goes crazy and goes idle animation and sort of lags behind before visualising the song.
Please use the wallpaper I linked above because it's a "Scene" and the most reliable type of wallpaper.
If that is not it, I strongly assume it's related to those two Razer processes which are still active in your System32 directory:
Can you check if you still have some sort of Razer surround application enabled? Maybe try to do a clean re-installation of all required Razer software (uninstall Synapse and others and then download the latest Synapse 3 from their website after restarting your PC). Especially older versions of Razer software are a bit iffy and stick around in the Windows version from my experience, so maybe that's it. You should check that those two processes are really gone after uninstalling.
