Is there a way to save my wallpaper as a GIF??

hey I want to save my wallpaper I made into a GIF i can see, i would screen record it but since my monitor is too big it looks too pixelated and I want my wallpaper in a better size. If anyone has a way for me to save it please let me know.

A decent screen capture tool like OBS or the tools AMD and nvidia ship with their driver software are pretty much capable of capturing 4k 60 fps videos. So no need to use some crappy GIF recorder.

If you want you can look at my WE workshop files, all the preview videos for the wallpapers were captured using the Geforce Experience tool. Smooth as ♥♥♥♥. ^^

I get what you mean but when I record my screen, the resolution of the GIF itself is too low for me to get a good capture in.

https://www.screentogif.com/ allows you to record the full resolution. Right-click on your wallpaper and use the "Play in Window" option and then resize Screen2Gif so that it covers the full window, that way you should get the full resolution of the wallpaper recorded to a GIF or .mp4.
