Onion skin just for previous or next frame

Hi Dacap, another request: option for onion skin, to show just previous or next frame. Sometimes it's useful, when copying/redrawing.

Oh, I used wrong words, I mean now it showing both previous and next frames around currently edited frame, but sometimes it's more convenient too see either just next either just previous frame. Currently I just put empty frame before or after target frame to have this.
