Pc or PS4?
I'm planing on getting this game but not sure which system to get it for is there any advantage to get the game on pc rather than the PS4 aside from the graphics. Also does namco do good pc ports or do there games run better on consoles.

Aside from slightly enhanced visuals there's not much difference.
You can download the demo and see how it runs.
It's decent quality and should run even on low end, then again it's basically a PS3 game.
Why PC, otherwise? Well, good sales = more Tales games on this platform.

Outside of graphics there really isn't much advantage, though I guess for people who don't actually have a PS4, turning down the settings can make it run quite well even on a potato, and being DL-only it's cheaper (conversely you can't resell it). It definitely runs well on PC though.

I've played demo on pc runs @ 60fps @1080p mainly because I'm playing on 1080p tv looking to upgrade to 4k when drop in price

I have a PS4 but I'm getting it for PC, why, because I don't have enough room on my PS4. I'm getting real tired of deleting stuff and downloading them again. On top of that it is $10 cheaper then on PS4.

Has Bandai bothered to make an enhanced PS4 Pro version?

I tried both PC and PS4 demos. Getting the PC version no contest. PS4 no where near as nice looking - no 4K or higher graphics options even on PS4 PRO. PC at 4K with AA looked muchbetter than the PS4 demo at 1080p

I doubt it given when it was released in japan and when PS4 Pro came out.

If you're in NA then PS4 release comes a couple days sooner as well if you can't wait.

Only when they decide to drop ps3 support, will we see a major graphical improvement.

Both :) I've preordered collectors edition for ps4,because I love Tales of... CE's,but I will play PC version because of nodding scene which can bring steam version to much higher levels :)

Well, it looks great in 4k @60fps but the after battle subtitles look tiny as hell. Probably meant to be, but I hope it can be fixed/modified to be in a slightly larger font size.

PC. You can use higher resolutions and SweetFX (or Reshade).

And the eventual fixes from Kaldaien will probably let us change the shadow resolution.

The PS4 version's draw distance is quite a bit lower than on the PC. I noticed much more pop-in playing the former. Everything else was comparable, though.
