The Dark Eye remains one of my favorite point-and-click adventure games, so naturally I was a bit excited when I saw this pop up in my recommendations, but there's quite a few things that make this release strange: 1) Is there any particular reason why the name of the game was changed? "Edgar Allan Poe's Interactive Horror: 1995 Edition" doesn't sound anywhere nearly as compelling as "The Dark Eye". Is it a right's issue (such as with a certain German role-playing series)? I'm not sure if it's just me, but I'm unable to get any achievements to work or unlock. Not sure if it's a bug. I played the whole way through and will replay over again many times in the future.
